All our products are shipped and delivered by well-known companies across the United States such as UPS, Fedex, and USPS.
We offer Local Delivery within 30 miles of our NC warehouse on items stocked at this location.
All orders are processed within 1 business day (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation.
Orders are shipped USP, UPS, or Fedex in 2-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Shipping fees are based on carrier calculated shipping rates based on order weight and destination zip code except for orders $89 or more which ship for free with the exception of Liquid Chemicals. Please review usps.com, ups.com, or fedex.com for more information.
Due to the nature and hazard of shipping liquid chemicals they are exempt from our free shipping program. Items in this category will ship at standard UPS rates unless they are classified as Hazardous Materials in which case they will ship via LTL common carrier or by a Detail Direct Local Delivery Truck. Rates will vary based on location and accessibility. Please call or email for a quote.
After processing your order, shipping takes around 2-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) to arrive at its final destination.
To pack every single order, we use strong boxes with internal protection to guarantee safety through the shipping process.
If you received a tracking number via email, it means that your order has been processed and shipped to the distribution facility. As soon as your tracking information changes from "On Its Way" to "In Transit", it only takes about 2-5 business days to arrive for Shipping.
