It can be used at strong dilutions to clean wheels, tires, and fender liners, at medium dilutions to pre-soak the entire vehicle exterior, or at light dilutions to clean most interior surfaces. Cleans All is super concentrated for heavy duty cleaning, but is highly dilutable. Typically diluted 2:1 or 1:1 for wheels and tires, 4:1 for bug removal and exterior pre-soaking, 10:1 for heavy interior cleaning, and 15:1 for standard interior cleaning.
