The 25.2" size fits steering wheels up to 24" in diameter without slipping or splitting open. Two extra-thick elastic bands hold the cover snuggly against the steering wheel while allowing a struggle-free and quick installation. The steering wheel is surrounded by this protective film while leaving the middle gauge area open for safe driving.
